Yaozhou District (Chinese: 耀州区; pinyin: Yàozhōu Qū), formerly Yao County (Chinese: 耀县; pinyin: Yào Xiàn), is a district under the administration of Tongchuan city in Shaanxi province of the People's Republic of China. It has a total area of 1617 square kilometers, and a population of approximately 300,000 people as of 2002.
Yaozhou District administers two streets, 11 towns, and two rural townships. The streets include Yong'an Street and Tianbao Street. The towns include Liulin, Sigou, Miaowan, Dongjiahe, Yaoqu, Sunyuan, Guanzhuang, Potou, Zhaojin, and Xiaoqiu. The rural townships include Shizhu and Yanchi.
